How can you deal with it?

Bullies on the internet you can't stop them. The best you can do is block/ignore them

In real life. Socially humiliate them for their actions or you confront them and talk it out (most likely not going to happen)

I am either the bully or nothing happens not sure how you deal with them.
Maybe **** the buly up with a nice punch?

Tell her to report the person to a teacher or principal. If she doesn't want to be labeled a quote on quote "snitch she's going to have to either get her friends and confront the bully or confront them herelf which may lead to a fight.

You should stem up to the kids who buly or let your lil cousin stand up for Herself.
If she doesn't it will take a long time for the bully stops

Try to ignore them at first. Talk to friends and family about it; that way the person isn't coping with it alone. If the bullying continues to escalate, then it would be best to contact an authority figure: school disciplinarian, counselor, etc, and they will help mediate the issue.

sometimes when hear stories about bullies, i just feel like killing them
well, not actually, i just think of scenarios when i have access to a hitman and imagine wat it'd be like if they were dead

Yeah in school she does get bullied and of what I've heard when she was talking to her dad, she's get called hoe and other words that i won't type in here.

She already spoke to her dad about it and she will be moving to a new school after this semester but i'm worried of what she might experience during the last 2 months of class. According to her she doesn't have friends in her school.

Hmm well I have had little experience with being bullied, I was always one of the popular kids through late elementary school, middle school, and all the way through HS. However I was bullied when I was like in 2nd-4th grade, for me being that young it was hard, but their wasn't much I could do about it, so I just went with the flow.

Since you know your cousin is being bullied, give her your support and go to her parent's so they can confront the school and make sure something is done about this.

I'ma ask her tomorrow when she get out of school how many kids bully you, if it's one then it shouldn't be a problem to deal with one but if it's multiple then it would be a problem. She's the type of kid that acts and behave that she's better than you.

Are you serious? 9 years old in elementary and people are saying that. I would go up to that school and I would demand to see a principal this is ridiculous. These kids needs to get punished and taught how to respect someone. They're talking like they're high school. I am sorry if I am ranting, but I am actually mad this.

I don't know how kids behave in other places but in new york city, kids are like that... it's not a big surprise for me anymore. Parents in NYC are way too busy to handle their kids, in result their kids in the future will behave bad.
