Let the fodder child breath first. He doesn't look to be a prodigy from 700. So mixing Byakugan with Rasengan is quite an ask from someone like that in 10 chapters. What I expect is at maximum if Sasuke is his mentor, he may learn ONE chidori variant and give it his special touch. That is it.
