Can Sakura beat Sasuke and Naruto ?

Well I was thinking about fair match ups and I thought of this one.

Sakura has no restrictions, she may use Byakyugou and everything else.

Naruto and Sasuke are a team.
Naruto :- Only base. No SM allowed. No Kyubbi outbursts.
Sasuke :- Can go upto 3 T. No curse mark.

Their powers may be taken as at the end of war arc, except that Naruto and Sasuke don't have seals.

The last one standing (I.e. any one of the team member or Sakura in other case) wins.

The distance is about 150-200 meters. Location :- VOTE. Summonings are allowed.

Can Sakura take this ?

Wait what ? Sasuke has access to Genjutsu granted , but she is also resistant to it to some degree.
The starting distance was huge because Sasuke is fast and if she could change the battle field from her punches, it would suit her. I like the idea of mixing electricity with water though. But would that be enough ? I mean with the seal activated and all would she be down from such an attack for long ?

What is the finishing move for either side ?

She defiantly doesn't beat Sasuke 1v1 but she puts up a fight against Naruto.
