Tsunade has kick someone over the head at full strength and did not kick a hole through their head.

Conclusively sayind Bz is stronger than tsunade and sakura with mangafacts also he is stronger than ay cause it was admitted that tsunade is stronger than ay so if I apply the "1 2 3" method then that means that black zetsu iun fact stronger than ay, tsunade and sakura
