Quite the jester, you are.
Name someone that's more influential to more genres of music than Kanye. I challenge you to. Lol.
Actually there's someone I can see competing with Kanye but I wonder if you know who it is.

I don't see how that's the slighest bit relevant; being influential and making true art are not the same thing.

One Direction are marked as heavily influental (top 5 in the UK alone) but does that mean they display tour de force? Absolutely not. Running around and talking about "stealing one's girl" or listening to "the best song ever" is not inspired by the formless.

Easy lol.
Beethoven.

Koonye is only influential on pop culture.

Yeah no. I'm talking about influence. Who has revolutionized the way we listen to music. Kanye West has done it to so many genres. The other person you could have said is Pharrell Williams. Both of their musical prowess stretches to genres you didn't even know they could.

Completely false.

You're attempting to diverge away from the original secondary point; in that Kanye "is the definition of art". Radiohead trash Kanye West when it comes to musical influence but does that mean they make wondrous examples of art? Nope.

If we were to compare West's music to a physical compilation, it would most certainly be the Collyer's skips; messy and random with neither "top" or "bottom".

Have you listened to every single one of his albums fully?

No, it's true.
Classical music is the foundation for all western music. It's influenced folk, baroque (which in turn influenced pop/rock), blues/jazz (which in turn influenced rock, punk, hip-hop etc), has close connections with extreme metal (via neoclassical leanings, i.e. Ildjarn) and so forth.

Kanye on the other hand, has no influence on anything apart from pop culture i.e. hip-hop, pop, R&B and p4kcore (Pitchfork music). He has not influenced the various sub-genres of metal, hardcore, industrial, folk and so forth.
