but the reason the people arent put in bars is cuz they are not caught, so the police take any complaint related it srsly so atleast the ones they catch will suffer..

Twenty years...completely wasted when they could have been used for him to spend more time on his children. It looks like the justice system went retarded...again.

Why innocence receives undeserved punishment like this is beyond my understanding. I honestly can't imagine how devastating it is for him.
