Who would you compare him to besides Ace?

Kryos, Vergo, Pica, VA Smoker, Kuzan, Fujitora, or kizaru etc.

Land Jinbe defeats Kyros mid difficulty. High at the absolute at worse, but i personally don't see it going that far. Water Jinbe low diff him

Between Land Jinbe and Vergo, it could go either way, but i favor Land Jinbe more times than not. In water, Jinbe will win mid-high difficulty at most

Land Jinbe will probably high-very high diff Pica. Water Jinbe(assuming Pica gets a bubble for no handicap) low diff Pica

Land Jinbe defeats Smoker high difficulty. In water(assuming we give Smoker a bubble for no handicaps), Jinbe low diff him

Because he beat Diamante whom is supposed to be almost equal to Vergo and Pica. He only did it with one leg. Imagine what he's capable of with two

Kyros is weaker than Vergo and Pica. He extreme diffed a Diamante whose strongest move is a weaker version of Zoro's 360pound cannon(a low end move) that requires prep time, in other words, someone weaker than them. No armament feat(was injured by iron spikes). The only haki he probably possess is observation(since Rebecca has it and he trained her, plus there are hints showing he may have it) but that's about it. Vergo bested Smoker and Sanji. As for Pica, his sheer scale is too much for Kyros and he can't bypass his armament anyway even without the golem. Hell himself admitted he couldn't do shit against Pica when he was going to crush the king

They cannot be compared. They were different techniques altogether. That's the same logic as saying Chinjao can use Whitebeards techniques. They can look similar, but that doesn't mean they can be compared

I doubt Zoro would get out of a field of Iron Spikes raining down on him without being injured. He definitely has Busoshoku Haki.

Vergo bested a Smoker who deliberately lost to get Laws heart back and bested a Sanji who was tired and already injured because of what Nami did whilst in Sanji's body

I'd say Jinbe is between Vice Admiral and Admiral. I think you guys are underestimating Jinbe too.
