To become a Kage you need to have at least 8,000 posts. This is were you complete your training by practicing in battle everything you have learned so far. When you reach your Kage rank you have the right to submit your own custom element and it is considered that by default you know every jutsu of the main 5 elements and
you are able to use them in battle.

I dont agree with that >_> members shouldnt know the elements by default like that. If they can, why are senseis need? =/

Isn't the reason it's like that is for the fact you can learn 5 elements or at least 4 before your kage. I mean that is understandable, but what I don't like is that you don't need to show proof. To be a kage by spamming and then they don't need to learn anything, or people that go here for the naruto show/manga and don't rp get everything without training once. It should be that they can make a bio and provide proof on the bio that they learn these things by stating which teacher taught them what or something like that.

You can just spam your way up, then go fight, get pwnt and argue because you don't know how the jutsu you used work. O_O
