the shield away.

But yeah, kamui is indeed way toooo haxxed.

It didn't negate Kamui because there is no chakra contained within the space-time vortex itself for Onmyoton to erase. The chakra is only used to open the portal, thus there is no direct contact between the chakra of the jutsu itself and the TSBs. It's analogous to Shinra Tensei; the jutsu uses chakra to generate a gravitational force, but that force doesn't contain chakra.

TSB can't stop it because Kamui isn't something that damages. It opens a rift in space and brings what's in the epicenter of the rift to Kamui land. It is a weird move though and its never been explained exactly what it is because its not teleportation.
