They get the chance to animate the most popular anime yet their animation is shit. It's obvious people hate filler yet they keep adding it. Also, it's similar to a sweatshop in the sense that the animators have an exhausting schedule and barely get paid (it's probably common in Japan though).

Is it because we watch this shit for free or is it run by Satan? Either way, they shouldn't be allowed to do this. I thought Japan was better than China...

Sometimes the animation is fantastic though, they gotta spread out the budget. Either you can have passable animation with instances of good animation and then once in a while beautiful animation, or you could just have consistently medium quality animation all the way through. Or you could be One Piece and have consistently awful bottom of the barrel shit animation.

I'd argue to say most people who watch it don't buy the DVDs, so that could be the reason. Filler is to milk those few people who do buy the DVDs and feel the need to complete their collection.

There are a lot of times where they completely f*ck up.

Sometimes it's pretty weak yeah, but they are consistently switching up animation directors and teams for each episode. Some directors just don't give a shit and some do, the workers mostly need to work on passion for the material alone because their pay is shit.

I just watched this video that said those people are pay per frame a day.So it you do 5 frames you get $5 or 500 yen. Some american guy that worked with Naruto the Last and other popular anime said that it is hell. Like I want to be an animator but never one in Japan.

LOL, did you forgot that the same happened to Dragon Ball, Hokuto No Ken and other famous long running shonen fight franchises? The same goes to One Piece too, which is also more popular and famous than Naruto!

Yes, since online piracy became more and more common even in Japan, studios must do something about it (that's why the salaries are small).

Also, Japan being better than China? LOL, just some fact about japanese:
1.They exterminated over 20 million chineses like nazis and communists.
2.Japan is one of the most racist country on the world and japanese are only interested in co-working or tourists, but when you want to move there you'll become the No.1. enemy! Shintaro and Abe are so nationalists that they want restart a war with China because of some little "islands".
3.The japanese goverment is controlled by the Yakuza.
4.Japanese men work 14-15 hours per day while 80% of married women are dying from boring or neglecting and the children are tortured as hell. Japanese people are f*cking stressfull!

So much about japan being better.
