What can Ibiki even do? I don't recall ever seeing him fight.

Theoretically, Kakashi could snipe Deva and Animal Path(thought with Pain Arc kamui feats that'd be hard to pull off, but possible) and let Lee, Neji and Yamato **** up the rest, Lee could arguably solo the rest, given they don't have the feats to react to his speed, depending on how long he can last in the 6th gate.

I think he has a big ass cat box to trap boss summons.

Kakashi would realize how over-matched they are with full intel, knowing that Deva's shinra tensei can ignore Lee's blitz attempts and Neji's Hakke Kusho, and Animal's summons would exhaust their chakra pretty quickly. He's also the only person among these that has an answer for CT, and with full intel he knows the only two threats here for this team is Deva and Animal. Kakashi's care for his teammates and knowledge that if he can take them out, quickly relay the basic info to the rest of the team and then let them go to work, victory is assured, allows him to resort to sniping, IMO.

I don't watch the anime.

Is the entire team granted anime feats or just Ibiki?

Ibiki's traps make this much easier for Team Leaf though, if what I'm reading on wiki here is correct in terms of how good they are.

I guess...Yeah because even if Pain did ST Kakashi before hand Lee would knock any attempts at KO'ng him before he got back up and Kamui'd him anyways.
