This was just a section of the translation, but it looks like Black zetsu tempted Indra by using the fact he had a broken heart. It just clarifies that Indra didn't go curse of hatred just because Hagoromo chose Ashura over him, it had to do with loss of a loved one that Hagoromo had over looked when he chose Ashura. It also mentioned that Indra created ninjutsu to fight against Ashura...
