As he does that he channels his chakra through the kunai as an electric discharge into the sky. He then causes several lightning strikes to rain down on the opponent. As this happens he grabs another kunai with his left index finger and while spinning it around nonchalantly, observes his opponent's actions.

Kushimaru performs a single hand seal as he notices a source of energy shooting into the sky as well as the release of a projectile. Moments later he would notice lightning raining from above. In order to defend from it he would materialize and then shape manipulate the source of water beneath him in the form of a dragon with a gaping mouth. The dragon would begin to launch itself forward, and away from the lightning's strike as it forcefully flicked its head upwards, launching Kushimaru towards his left side. In unison with the dragon's flick, Kushimaru would have also crouched down in order to aid him in the launch. His objective would be to land 5m diagonally somewhere around his target's north-east. The dragon would launch itself in a circular fashion from the opposite way of Kushimaru, quickly closing in on the target in order to 'eat' them.

Wielded by Kuriarare Kushimaru, the Nuibari is an unique weapon which assumes the form of a narrow longsword, cylindrical and very sharp which greatly resembles a large needle, with a long length of thin wire mirroring thread, tied to the eye located at the base of its hilt. This sword, quite aptly called "Longsword" is said to possess the ability to pierce all and stitch them together, clearly demonstrated by Kushimaru as how effortlessly he was able to penetrate multiple targets in a single thrust and then quite literally stitch them together in substantial bundles by simply pulling the attached wire taught. A capable user can even throw the sword with the intent of piercing a line of multiple enemies, before catching the needle at the other side and repeating the process at different angles, in order to create knots of corpses with the wire passing through the entirety, effectively creating bundles of bodies at various points along the length of the thread. The sword itself is virtually indestructible and is very resistant to damage though it can't pierce through physical techniques A-Rank and above. The metal wire is as resistant as the sword and although very sharp, the user will be able to pull and interact with it without injuring himself.

Sing notices the water beneath his opponent begin to take form as his opponent creates the dragon to push himself out of the lightning strike's way. Just as the dragon head has emerged about a feet higher than ground level, Sing performs one of his clan techniques. Sing adjusts his right foot slightly so that he is very stable in posture and also crouches a bit to gain some leverage. He then swiftly and in rapid succession thrusts both palms towards his opponent releasing incredibly fast pressure shots at him. The pressure shots Sing creates are so fast that detecting them before its too late would be an issue for his opponent.

Kushimaru's attention is drawn as he notices his target's stance changing as he thrusts one of his palms. He quickly analyzed the situation and knew that it would be quite illogical to be trying such a close quarters move from afar. With that in mind Kushimaru pointed both of his palms behind him as he released two powerful torrents of water from them in a streaming fashion and jumped off his dragon. Kushimaru would naturally perform a front flip as he launched himself at a forwards angle, 5m off the ground.

Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.
In the same fluid motion of flipping forward Kushimaru channeled chakra through both of his hands as he swiped his arms in a crossing fashion in front of him as he completed the flip. This allowed him to release two crescent blades of wind in the form of an "X" towards his target coming from above at an angle, aimed to slash into their chest area. Kushimaru would land back on the ground shortly after as his dragon had dispersed into a motionless source of water.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
Just as he is about to release his crescent waves Kushimaru sees as a wave of glowing needles was heading his way, and closing in fast. Instead of releasing his water attack, a poof of smoke is created as Kushimaru transforms himself into a senbon as well, having the ones released by his target pass by him, due to their wide spread. To the opponent's eye, it would most likely mean that Kushimaru relied on the substitution technique and exchange places with the senbon rather than transforming, but that was merely an expectation and it was up for the opponent to decide. Shortly after the fateful lightning pass by and Kushimaru's senbon form dropped towards the floor, another cloud of smoke poofed into existence as Kushimaru deactivated the transformation and began to walk towards his target.

Being suspicious of this development, he makes a single hand seal and releases a wave of electricity towards the position he last saw his opponent. After doing this he takes out a kunai and begins to strafe to his right such that he circles his opponent's location waiting for some sneak attack.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
Poofing back into his normal self, Kushimaru notices a wave of lightning closing in on him quite fast. In response to that, he materializes a small wave of water beneath his feet as he channels chakra through the sole's of his feet as well as crouches down. He times it correctly so that he launches himself upwards as the wave rises at a backwards angle, launching himself back into long range away from his target's last location.

In the same gesture as landing, Kushimaru had placed his hands on the ground in order to infuse it with chakra, creating countless seals that would leech off his chakra reserves, allowing him to create a mist that spreads throughout the terrain. Kushimaru would simply stay in his position as he analyzed the situation of his target.
