For me,S-ranked Ninja - 300 chakra/300 health - 2 Elements/Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Gengutsu up to A-rank + 1 Element up to S-rank (This element must be one of the previous 2)
Uchihas: +50 chakra (Sharingan consumes +3 chakra per turn;So I have 350chakra.
But I will try to use only D ranks as possible as I can.

For you,Sanin:350 chakra/350 Health - 4 Elements/Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Gengutsu up to S-rank
Hyuugas: Byakuugan consumes +3 chakra per turn; Jyuuken does +5 damage than regular taijutsu.

Well,it is a way of showing courtesy to your opponent.And to answer your question,I have never seen a hyuuga fight.And there is no lie in it,It is the first hyuuga move I have ever seen and I consider it the best and the first I see because as a first ever move you make in your first battle,I m totally impressed by what she has just done.There is strategy behind it.You can't just jump in and use juuken blindly.So she conceals herself in the mist.The mist was meant for the 2nd move she is gonna make.And she knows exactly what she is doing,by using byakuugan to see me while she can keep me blind.

My point is seeing someone jumps at you will allow you time to retaliate.But she tries to minimize that chance.And I meant the first hyuuga fight as on NB,I have seen many Hinata and Neiji fights in the anime.

Then one of Minnas trows a kunai with an explosive tag at you. The fog is still there and the explosive also made smoke which gives you less ability to see me. (I threw the kunai 'cause other clones throw illusionary ones xd)
Me and my clones mix up. When we get to close range Minnas will surround you. Because we're in close range you will see us, but it's really hard to tell what we will do. When the smoke clears a little three Minnas we will be around you. One Minna will be above you. You will see her when you see her shadow droping down on you. in the shadow you can see her doing hand signes. That will distract you as you know, I am using normal clones that cannot use jutsus. So you'll think that is the real me . As you try to dodge that Minna, that is acting to use a jutsu , other minnas also start doing handseals so you don't know which one will do the jutsu. The Minna from above will try to hit you. You can easily dodge that one but the Minna from behind is real me and I will do :

still,the strategy was perfect,but you have to try using a powerfull attack,you managed to confuse him,but once you did the sword,it was over,he knew where you are and that the other clones are ilussion.
try making a fire attack or a hyuga move,since he wouldn?t know from which defend.
