Yeah, his right hand is his dominant hand so, it's the one he's gonna instinctively go to use.

Naruto's healing power comes from his Yin-Yang release that he acquired after his meeting with Hagoromo. In other words, his ability is not lost, since it came with RSM from the start.

Healing is an Ashura trait, Kurama can heal, but Naruto's chakra greatly enhances his healing and vice versa. The Rikudou chakra enhanced the life force within Ashura's chakra, if he could already affect mokuton in KCM then he can regenerate in RSM.

Well since he is an Uzumaki and a Kyuubi jinchuriki he has both attributes to support him, i would say both are synced in manner since he is a perfect Jinchuriki and has shown feats of combining his own chakra with Kyuubi's. But yeah there are some evidence's that support naruto has acquired true uzumaki traits despite being a half Uzumaki.
