Sort of but there's a big difference in speed between them. Narutos reaction, reflexes , and speed reached his fathers level when he got KCM. Apply KCM to Minato and his reflexes, reactions, and speed would be > > > KCM Naruto.

I am also intrigued as to how madara pulls off such a feat without he himself getting caught into the pollen. Whatever posistion madara is in, that means he's away from the pollens direction. So minato simply goes to where madara is.

-FTG barrier only covers a 360 degree angle and it doesn't attract objects into it, so the pollen would still hit him from the unprotected angles.

-Minato won't know which Madara is the real one, so your strategy fails, plus he wasn't affected when the Kages where knocked out so he can either control the pollen or is immune to it

-Onoki elevated above the forest and destroyed it. Minato can't fly and he can't destroy a whole forest without BM. Not to mention Kurama chakra is a little ***** against Mokuton, much less Base Hashirama level mokuton.
