She clears actually, she has the power to stop on his tracks someone like hakuba and was holding him down without a problem someone who was able to blitz all the colosseum fighters in block D within seconds, the other Cp9 members have nothing on robin as of now so:

1: Mid-diff first scenario
2: Low-diff only to Lucci on second scenario.
