In Kakashi Anbu arc: Naruto and Sasuke were shown in the last episode but. barely

In The current chunin exam arc: Naruto is only mentioned . Which doesn't count.

I've always viewed fillers as a way to give secondary characters some more depth. We get the main storyline that deals with Naruto and Sasuke heavily. The fillers can be used to answer some questions about the others. I would love a filler arc on Hashirama/Tobirama post Madara fight to help answer some lingering questions that we all have. How did Hashirama die? When and how did Tobirama develop some of his signature jutsu? What about Hashirama's children and the overall progression of the Senju clan post village formation? What events took place to have so many other clans join the Hidden Leaf? You get the picture.

They're trying to make people care about K11 and are failing. The Kakashi Anbu arc was watchable but this is just hard to sit through.

On the canon epicness topic: Indeed, the canon material is nicely made (story-wise), however weird artwork and lazy animation prevents me from enjoying it the way I normally would. Maybe it's just that I'm an animator and have an eye for these things but it's just not good when you look at it from an objective point.

Fillers is the time when they give the characters that is of less importance more screen time. #Facts

It still involves Naruto cuz all those characters were inspired, strengthened and/or moistened by him and some even being still alive because of him. He's still everywhere like an infectious jesus.

This series deserve Konoha11 development, they were almost complety neglected in Part 2, it`s Kishi BS with making NaruJesus and Sasuke taking up all the spotlight and it`s not why we watch Naruto in the first place...

So much Potential wasted and I`m happy there`s filler.
