The new generation signify the end of the clan system. They are all hybrids with the exception of Lee Jr. [Will reserve judgement till he find out his lineage].

What does this mean for the future of clans?

If the new generation do marry like the k11, their offspring will not belong to one single clan.

What exactly will a BorutoXSarada child be?
Hyuga, Uzumaki, Uchiha? *Haruno? *Namikaze?

will clans soon be a thing of the past?
(*families not actual clan)

IT would be a cycle, the start of another Kaguya
That's interesting. But the dancing leaf is now a modern city with laptops and other technology. People are losing interest in the shinobi system [no one buying tenten's ninja tools]. How would a kaguya style of history re develop itself in the modern world

Yep. There is literally no more Uzumaki's/Uchiha's besides Naruto, Karin and Sasuke. so they can't keep their clan as pure as the Hyuga's/Dara's. The new generation will be the first to extend and connect to the other clans.

It makes sense..and it really is a farewell to the ninja world of Naruto. With technology, no more srs dangers and ninja's, their world will soon be turning into ours. which is boring in my opinion

The new generation signify the end of the shinobi system. If Clans untied make a village. That means if you integrate into other clans from other villages, than you cripple the shinobi system and bring about peace to the world.

There can be no shinobi system without a clan system. Clans reinforce the principles of the shinobi ways. There cannot be one without the other. I some ways naruto has created an end

The ChoKarin relationship pretty much resumed it. He married a woman from another village.

Shikamaru and Temari, as well as Choji and Karui, took a step further with inter-village marriages, so yes this clearly promotes peace between the villages and the end of the shinobi system as we know it.
