For kakashi is even better than other two, because he is very good in every aspect.
I would say sakura is good at chakra control, but her self shake in fear when seeing nine tails chakra and that leave a big question mark for her.

Shino, maybe since he let the bug eats his chakra ALL THE TIME.
Hiruzen, too easy to handle rikudou mode. I think he can enchances the demi god to the whole new level and neutralize everything.
