Toneri's "feat" for those who have watched the last only

So people have been talking about Toneri's "moon busting feat" but warning SPOILER ALERT:FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET SEEN NARUTO THE LAST OR DO NOT WANT THE FIGHT WITH TONERI SPOILED I ADVISE AGAINST WATCHING THIS VID.

Is this the feat Toneri defenders have been praising? when you watch it again it's not as impressive when compared to juubi jins or rikoudo opponents, the fight itself lasts less than 3 minutes .

Toneri is a grand character despite his haters but people need to stop hyping this man so much, naruto either avoided or tanked the attack altogether. Toneri was just made fodder-like because he faced Naruto. The toneri moon busting hype need to stop because all he cut was like the mid-section and only a small part of it when compared to the moon when you think about it, it doesn't quite rival the juubi's tail beast bomb not to mention a juubi jin with far more concentrated power. Toneri is Double Rinnegan Madara level at best. which is pretty good in it's own right don't get me wrong, double rinnegan madara (pre juubi) would be rather lethal i think Toneri can compare to that, putting him above hashi level which is deadly but he's a rikoudo user so... I hope Toneri fans stop over hyping his power/feats.

The hype is fine i meant OVERHYPING hin is the issue, i mean look at the moon, it was only the mid section AND it was hollow, when you re-watch the battle, the feat actually looks less impressive than people make it out to be.

Edit: that form is just KCM naruto with sage mode, because he has BOTH halves of Kurama now it changed his initial state.

Toneri is cool imo, the overhype he gets though is atrocious, people make it as if he destroyed the entire moon but when one rewatches it, it's like "wait that's it?" even the juubi had a more destructive feat. Toneri, like you siad is powerful but up against people like KCM Naruto gaining chakra from full kyuubi and sage mode well....it doesn't end well as there are few people, besides sasuke, that can match up. He's rinnegan Madara level putting him above hashirama level but he's about as below rikoudo tier as one gets which isn't bad meaning only rikoudo opponents can beat toneri (or those on eight gates gai level but i think 7 gates can take toneri for a time EXTREMELY high diff) and the list of people alive that can beat toneri isn't a huge list either. But people need to stop overhyping this man, Toneri hype isn't as bad as itachi hype but still, hyping him is fine, just overhype is the issue.
