I know people hate when the word omnipotent in any form comes in play into naruto series but for open minded people.
Creation of all things is a main technique for any omnipotent being.
With this hagoromo created a way to warp reality witch is another point to omnipotent beings.

What makes hagoromo nigh omnipotent is he past the omni test with limits he don't have unlimited power.
He can do anything just don't have unlimited power.
The omnipotent test.

If he doesn't have unlimited power, he can't do anything, it's as simple as that. Even nigh-omnis on an objective cross-versal scale (meaning nearly above all powers in written and published fiction itself and not just their own verse) Mad Jim Jaspers, Molecule Man, IT Thanos, Spectre, GEB, Demonbane, LoN, the list goes on forever. These characters, who have vast cosmic power and are very close to being absolutely all powerful (and lol far far better feats than so6p and the rest of nv) are considered nigh-omnipotent because even if it seems as if they are omnipotent and unlimited via their feats compared to others in written fiction as a whole we understand there are levels we cannot push these characters to or say they can logically accomplish despite their immense power that is "seemingly" infinite, this is how the entire term nigh-omnipotent was forged. The simplest way of saying this is unless you have completely infinite power you do not have the power to do anything and everything. Also, warping reality is a broad term, and while such is one of the foundations of an omnipotent and nigh-omnipotent character, what matters is not simply being able to rwarp which can be as simple as generating a ball in your hand and as complex as combining multiple universes together, it's the level of reality warping at hand that constitutes if the character is nigh-omnipotent/omnipotent or not. With situations like SO6Ps COAT, which is stated to use the administration of imagination and breathe said imagination into life, the words are nice and all, however, we don't know the full extent to this ability. The person casting COAT has to be able to breathe said imagination into life in the first place, it's really dependent on the user. Furthermore, it's a no limits fallacy (which is stating because no limits were implied, stated, or something was stated to have no limits we go the full mile assuming it has absolutely no real limits) to assume that having COAT is worthy of competing with the big leagues in fiction aka nigh omni Hagoromo, there's no logical way to determine this, therefore it would be fallacious to assume SO6P's COAT is capable of doing things typical nigh-omnis do like allow him to fight on a universal scale, do extremely complex reality warping and physics manipulation such as removing concepts or locking universes away, changing and rewriting all of time in an instant, I can write this forever.
Hagoromo is Nigh omnipotent I mean most characters won't even be able to harm him physically because of his genes. What makes him Nigh omnipotent is that he manipulates yin and yang which is found in all aspects of life. He shits on Galactus I'll put him up there with Mad Jim Jaspers but less powerful or should I say featless.
Well it was said he shaped the world and he says something like that when he meets Naruto

You'd put him up there with Mad Jim Jaspers, who you presumably know the abilities of, and then you right after say "but he's featless"
.

LOL!
He shits on Galactus? LOL, how does he even react to a MFTL attack capable of ****ing over all of DBZ from Galactus, let alone tank one? It doesn't matter if he manipulates yin and yang, his extent of doing so is not marked and therefore it's fallacious to assume with it he can defeat cosmic beings like Galactus who are significant reality warpers with actual feats backing their hype. It's like saying "Character X reality warps, therefore Character X > all of DBZ" instead its "Hagoromo manipulates yin and yang which is the concept of all life, therefore Hago > Galactus!", it doesn't work. It's making a completely broad statement of something we don't know the extents of, for example, Character X's "reality warping" can be creating a pencil out of thin air, i have no clue on what else he can do with that at all, but oh wait, he's reality warping, wow, he kills DBZ!
Hagoromo manipulates forces that are basic aspects of life itself, I don't know the full capability he has in doing that, but since he manipulates basic aspects of life, I'm going to assume he can get over on a cosmic rwarping planet eating god that's casually galaxy level xD
It doesn't work, kid.
