Kind of? Besides the opposite sided nature of this thread, he's by far the most overrated character the base has seen. People thinking he's the strongest in the manga when he's canonically been tossed around like a rag doll by inexperienced 17 year olds not even used to their powers. Kaguya blatantly stated to be more powerful and Hagoromo's split, non-Jin chakra pushing him back through said 17 year olds even at the peak of his power. His feats don't matter when he's been surpassed. Not to mention his only naturally aspirated power in life was always trumped by his superior rival and he could only surpass him 100 years later by taking his rivals DNA. It's pathetic.

If missing multiple Truth-Seeking Spheres and having only one Rinnegan and no Six Paths Sage Tools is what you call "peak" of his power, then okay.
