Sasuke's eyes are progressed to their highest level, and it's at least common knowledge that he has mangekyou(i'm not sure how common the knowledge he's progressed to eternal or even rinnengan is though).

Also if they got Sasuke's blood at the valley why didn't they get Naruto's and either mix them together or also make a Naruto 'clone'?

The novel translation is hilarious. This guy apparently doesn't know Sasuke can end him with a glance, Sakura asks why she has to get killed, and OD is apparently not fond of either Sasuke, Sakura or their pairing (who could blame her, though).

On top of all this, SasuSaku seems like it'll remain an unexplained pairing forever. Lmao, priceless.
