This is something i discussed with my brother once
If you had a rapist and murderer who would you kill and who would you spare?

I would kill the rapist because rape is like a wound it wont heal the females that get raped would have that pain their whole life

A murderer kills but he just kills its hard but its not as much suffer as rape

What o you say?

Murderer...once they killed someone they are gone...plus, the dead can't get revenge so we must avenge them(at least the good people). Umm, rape is also horrific...so the criminal deserved to be sentenced for decades.

Oh that's a hard one, I'm lord F I have no restrictions I would kill both along with whatever god awful planet they originated from. But for the sake of answering I would kill the murderer, no one gave him the right to play god, only I the almighty F have achieved that status, also no matter how bad the trauma that rapist chose not to kill that woman because 9/10 rapist would have had more than an ample opportunity to kill their victims.

I think the act of murder is the worst crime because it is the most absolute thing. Rape victims, torture victims, and any other have the possibility to recover. With death as of this modern age that living being and all his potential and future is eliminated forever. I think humanity's goal should be to protect life. If you follow that moral rule as closely as possible you would see how murder is the worst crime.

FYI, men get raped as well.

This will come down to personal opinion though. The rape victim lives and is likely never the same mentally for the rest of their lives (or at the very least, it takes a VERY long time to heal), but the actual murder victim is well... dead. They both die in an ideal case, but I can't choose one to kill here. I'd spite them both equally.

A person, male or female, living with having been raped will suffer their entire life and often end up killing themselves, at least with a murderer the victims misery ends with death, so I would punish the rapist more not that there is much to choose between them

my friend, rape is absolutely disgusting and twisted, but, given the option of being either murdered or being raped i'd surely choose the latter.

what would you choose?
