Haki = spirit = will, right?

You know what fuels will? Emotion

Not difficult

This isn't fairy tail ***** people do not get stronger when they are mad nor should they.

Haki = spirit that you TRAINED to control no spirit that is just whoop I'm pissed guess I have more control.

Did you not see how skinny Trebol is? He simply coated himself in his sticky slime and Luffy missed his real body. Elephant gun would have done him in.

Nope, I was implying it was a translation error if anything.

But post-TS it is. Why would Oda have some scenes with colored CoA and others with invisible post-TS? That'd just be inconsistent.

@Bold
That makes sense and it's probable.

Mistakes happen.

No it's not. Koka is an advanced form of Haki. It makes perfect sense. It's the same reason we'll see Zoro fight without Haki on his swords and with Haki on his swords at times. Luffy didn't think Koka was needed for Trebol, so he stuck to the basic form. What would be inconsistent is Oda saying explicitly that Haki exists as an invisible form as well as Koka, and us never seeing the invisible form again. Honestly, I don't see why this is such a big deal.

You train by strengthening your spirit ie you

When you're pissed you're far more likely to be stronger... seen it all the time

It is inconsistent... but you never see Zoro's against Pica or Monet, you don't see Luffy's when he punches a Pacifista (Sentomaru confirmed he used Haki)... We've also not seen Sanji and Law's Haki turn black yet... and considering they were both commended to be of the only four people in the alliance that could fight Caesar; it's obvious they both have it too
We've seen Law use Koka.
Its completely different, all the thing around trebol was just mucus that's why luffy couldnt hit him even with haki, but then again smoker was hit my vergo even though smoker spread his smoke bigger then the volume of his body and he still got hit, so there is definitely a trick to this but I'm guessing he is a paramecia here, probably a paramecia that can produce mucus or something and just wrapped it around his body, but its definitely different from Akainu.

He was sliced in half by Usopp and he's alive now. For now, the most probably scenario is that he's a Logia.

He's obviously a paramecia type wearing his devil fruit powers.

Looks like it was a base luffy hit after all.(Another point)

Yeah I know that, but he got cut by a normal sword moving around in room and there is no way Law is able to imbue haki in an severed arm he has no control over anymore and according to MS translastions when Luffy saw the skinny trebol he said :

" So that's why my punches went straight through him ".

And even when Luffy was trying to hit with haki imbued attacks trebol luffy was surprised as how trebol cannot be hit if he is a logia, the guy answers in a pretty weird way..

" Am I really a Logia? That wont work on me! "

Unless its confirmed I dont think he is a logia...

I guess. I forgot about invisible CoA.

You're just assuming that Haki can't be applied to Law's severed arm.

He is a paramecia with a shell off goo hence why law called him a "paper mache ****head." He then is revealed to be really skinny and luffy exclaims "so that is why my punched didnt hit him" Your haki does not need to be hardened to fight logia as seen when rayleigh fought kizaru. And when marco kicked kizaru. Therefore if trebol was a logia then luffys punched should have hit because luffy says he used haki. Trebol could also be a really skinny logia type that also had a shell which luffy punched through but that doesnt seem to be true because trebol denied luffys claim of trebol being a logia and therefore able to be hit by haki.

That's common sense, a severed arm is not part of law's body anymore I dont know how can his "will" go through something that isnt his and definitely he wasnt near the weapon to be able to imbue it with his haki the tech seemed a normal "tact" he has used up until now.

Well, pre-skip the three Admirals were able to project their Haki ahead of them. It's possible that Law also projected his Haki ahead of his body and somehow focused it around his arm, allowing him to cut Trebol.

So that's what it means to be in denial!? -_-
