Doflamingo was injured by Law before the fight.
Usopp has more skills in marksmanship, but Gladius is definitely stronger than Usopp.
Dellinger negged Ideo and several others. He is faster than Pink and has stronger attacks. The only thing Pink has over him is endurance.
Jora and Sugar turn Machvise into a toy or art. Nami or Usopp are debatable.
Doffy's injuries can't really be compared to Luffy's he fought the entire time while Doffy essentially tortured Law while Law was lucky to get a few hits in. But it's your opinion so fair enough we'll leave it there.
Gladius is stronger and if he got in CQC of course he'd win but in a battle between snipers that point is moot, IF Usopp and Gladius got into a fight with their skills they're recognized for(sniping) Usopp would beat Gladius that's all I'm saying I think we can both acknowledge that to be true, yeah?
He negged nobodies though, none of those people would have beaten Franky or are at his level of skill. We only really saw one attack from Pink I'm sure he has others everybody in the manga has a variation of attacks. Pink also has his DF over Dellinger, Dellinger would have to kick through the Earth to hit a swimming Senor.
Sugar could in theory but that's what his shield is for, it would stop her from touching him during his attack. Plus he's stronger, and could beat more opponents than she could beat doesn't that in and of itself mean he should have a higher ranking? But then again that would just prove my point earlier that lower rankings can beat higher rankings in a fight.
I guess I'm confused about the criteria for the list is the placement dependent on how they would fair against the others listed or in general? Because like I said Vise could beat more people than Sugar. You may be right about Jora beating Vise since her style is more distance(not a great distance but still a distance) while Vise has to jump on you to fight.
