Ok, sorry for flopping so hard on this, but you'll never know how easy it is to forget things until you wake up at 3 A.M. to smoke a bowl xD
Anyway, this CFS is crazy simple. To perform it, all you need is this pack of cards here
Cards of the Joker | Jōkā no Kādo
Type: Offensive/Supplementary

Range: Short-Mid

Description: The Cards of the Joker are special weapons needed to use the Reaper of the Cards and are usually kept in holsters. These 52 deck of cards are made from a special metal, the same special metal used in chakra enhanced trench knives, though these cards have sharp edges. Much like the trench knives the cards are able to contain chakra from the user and become the origin of techniques. In this way they can be used for techniques that require shuriken, kunai, or any other projectile weapon. It is used to perform a certain CFS.
~Can only be used by Cursed Prince and those allowed
~Can carry around multiple packs

Well, these cards can be used simply for projectile shit, such as kunai and shurikens. You can channel your chakra through the cards which can make them more powerful as well, lastly with the sharp edges and its being made by a special metal I'm pretty sure you can cut through things easily xD

One last thing you forgot, once you learn the CFS you are capable of passively controlling them up to mid-range from you. Any questions you wanna ask about that?

Well, now that you got that figured out, The next thing to do is to learn how to channel chakra into the cards. Could you do me a favor and get the 2 techniques for this CFS from my CJ thread?
Kādo no Shinigami: Burēdo no Jakku | Reaper of the Cards: Jack of the Blades
Type: Offensive/Supplementary

Description: This is one of the core abilities of the style and requires very precise chakra control. By channeling chakra into a card of the user's desire, the user can manifest the chakra into the form of a blade made entirely of chakra. It bears great resemblance to one of the blades on the double edged scythe used by the user. Each blade can range in size from 1 to a full 5 meters in length. The user can force up to 3 cards to use this technique, but the strength would be equally divided between each blade. IF you manage to get a card behind the opponent without them noticing this can be a great assassination technique as there is little sound when the blades are formed for this purpose.
~ Must know Reaper of the Cards Fighting Style and be taught by LonelyAssassin

Kādo no Shinigami: Kādo no Hontō no Jakku | Reaper of the Cards: True Jack of the Cards

Description: This is one of the core abilities of the style and requires very precise chakra control. By channeling chakra into a card of the user's desire, the user can manifest the chakra into the form of the upper body of a large Joker-like entity the originates from the card. With just the upper body of the joker, it is easily 6 feet tall. The joker wields a larger version of the scythe the user wields. Once it is formed it will swing or stab an opponent with it's scythe. Being a technique used for assassination it is quite stealthy, seemingly using the Silent Homicide Technique when it attacks and moves quickly. This is able to be used on up to 2 cards, the power between each would be split. It has a short range reach when it attacks.
~Can only be used 5 times per battle
~Must know the Reaper of the Cards
~Can only be used once in the same turn

Taking out one of the cards from its holster, I channel my pure chakra into it, trying to shape it into a form of a scythe with the use of shape manipulation and chakra control. It took countless tries, disrupting because I wasn't doing it right. I then tried it once more, channeling my chakra into the card, using shape manipulation to form it into a blade of chakra and then it finally worked.
1st Technique. Well basically you just channel your chakra into a card of your choice such as a jack you channel your chakra into the cards manifesting the chakra inside of the cards and then you use shape manipulation to shape it into a double edged looking grim reaper scythe. Since we can manipulate the cards freely without even touching them, if you get the opponent to think the cards are just regular cards he could just dodge them and you can make this blade behind them to kill them easily with no sound.
2nd Technique. This technique is completely different from the first technique. Doing the same beginning process, you choose a card of your selection and channel your chakra into the card, focusing your chakra into the depths of the card, manifesting/manipulating the chakra into the form of a large joker sized body based on the card that is 6 feet tall. It carries a scythe way bigger than the normal one that us CFS users would carry. This technique is used to attack the opponent, making it harder for the opponent to take out the both of the attackers.

Yeah that's pretty much all correct. Don't forget, from where the card is both the blade and the joker have a 5 meter range, so if a card is within short range it can hit. And yeah well, that's pretty much it
