Whenever ninja 1 comes out of intangibility he gets hit

In the area, above/behind, using communication with souls he would be able to find out where he teleports next. Ninja 1 would use quantity with bursts of dark energy, multiple souls, etc to absorb chakra

He can't use souls while intangible though.

No but souls would already be there from before, they act on their own, they just obey, and he could yes, but ninja 1 can absorb chakra on Contact by releasing dark energy from his hands and heal himself.

I believe ninja 2 would win as well don't get me wrong, I'm just defending ninja 1 in this debate, love you though haha

So the souls are just around? Or does ninja 1 spawn them? If he spawns them, then ninja 2 can blitz.

He spawns them, but after that it's set, and as I said, he can blitz but what's stopping ninja 1 from turning intangible, absorbing his chakra, or attacking his soul?

@bold: he's already slower than ninja 2 so it's doubtful if he can react to even turn intangible in time, or avoid an attack immediately after teleportation. Absorbing chakra is only from the souls which he needs to spawn first, and even then ninja 2 can avoid them with teleportation. The hooks are useless since ninja 2 can teleport away even if hit, making that useless.

Basically teleportation and superior speed makes ninja 2 beat anything ninja 1 can plan or do.

Absorbing chakra is only from the souls which he needs to spawn first, and even then ninja 2 can avoid them with teleportation. The hooks are useless since ninja 2 can teleport away even if hit, making that useless.

He creates dark energy from his mouth,hands,feet, and hooks. Which absorb chakra, which in turn heals himself. And one lightning strike wouldn't kill ninja 1, it'd take a little more, don't you think? As yes he can teleport away from the hooks, but if ninja 1 rips his soul out right before he does, than that's it.

He can create dark energy from his body which flows basically like gas and steals chakra returning it to ninja 1 which in turn he can use to heal himself.

But he can create dark energy from his body which flows like gas, going through ninja 2 stealing chakra and returning it to ninja 1 which he can use to heal himself. Getting close isn't smart. And if he can pull the soul out fast enough, by distraction or surprise, teleportation wont matter.
