Fate > OP.

The second season had quite a bit of characterization from Mikado and set him up as something interesting, also showing there's more to him than he lets on. I have yet to pick up the light novels, but so far, Mikado's characterization was something more interesting than the content from the first season.

I need to watch the rest of the season, i hope we get an interesting fight or something along those lines, too much talking.

Why would you look for fights in Durarara? It does not have action aside from some pretty bad fist fights every now and then. That does not mean it's bad though. Story-telling, characterization, etc. are what make up a story, not action. I find the characterization of specific characters to be a lot more interesting than anything a battle shounen could offer me.

It depends on whether or not you're willing to rate anime/manga as 10 when they deserve it. If you say no anime is perfect and only rate anime/manga out of 9. A 9 is basically a 10 on your scale. So yes, masterpieces do exist. Most of the ones I was gonna mention are already listed.

Also Hunter will always be > One Piece. No true anime/manga fan can deny this.

I know some anime that have runs 26 episodes or less that blow One Piece with its 700+ (? I don't even know the real number anymore) episodes out of the water.
