Demetri sighs looking at the portal. "Well! not wasting anytime i guess.." he adjusts his glasses then walks through the portal to the shinigami realm.

 

[Kayame]

"well....other than that, your late husband was a maniac, he was insane....."

"Hmmm, interesting.."

You were a dear friend of mine when I was human, we fought a few wars side by side and you were there during my transition.



*they arrive at the portal, which Amy walks straight through*

"I see."
I continue following them *

 

[AMystery]

Demetri sighs looking at the portal. "Well! not wasting anytime i guess.." he adjusts his glasses then walks through the portal to the shinigami realm.

"Hmmm, interesting.."

You said yourself we have none to waste. *as they arrive in the shinigami realm it is seriously overgrown, strange, thought extinct, demon like creatures roam freely between the green covered ruins and frozen shinigamis. In front of them is a mound of vines with a single hand reaching out from amongst the growth, still clutching the crystal it did when the time stopped*

 

[Kayame]

I observe our surroundings and continue walking *
" interesting..."

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"a single hand..." Demetri laughs. "how he let this place go to hell!"

 

[Kayame]

" who's hand is that?"
I look at the hand closely *

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"id assume its pain's...."Demetri laughs.

 

[Kayame]

"Pain ?"
I close my eyes for a second trying to remember, but nothing is revealed *
"Such a pitty ."

"his real name is Daniel, he is the one who holds the key to getting back some of your memories..."

"a single hand..." Demetri laughs. "how he let this place go to hell!"

he told me to let the realms nature take hold again, it had been so decimated. everything destroyed due to the shinigamis presence...*she walks towards the mound of vines as they start to shrink back to the ground, revealing pain beneath their hold, still sat with his glossed over expression, facing the portal*

 

[Kayame]

"I see, and what is he to me exactly ?"

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"i guess you could say he is your brother in law, his brother was your late husband..." Demetri faces amy. "lets hurry up, no point in wasting time talking about him while he is right here.."

 

[AMystery]

He's been frozen for goodness knows how long, give him some time to wake up. *his fingers and eye lids beginning to twitch*

 

[Kayame]

"Alright ."
I stand there with my arms crossed waiting *

Demetri nods. "very well...."

After a few minutes Pain's eyes begin to open. "huh....."

 

[Kayame]

I watch the man begin to wake up and observe him *
"Hmmm."

 

[AMystery]

*Amy starts to walk away to explore the area and leave the other to what they need to do*

a few moments pass and pain laughs. "oh hey kayame! Demetri!" he notices amy leave and begins to frown. "what do ya need?"

Demetri explains the situation and pain's face becomes serious.

"what do you know of void gems kayame? " pain tosses her a small gem from his pocket.

 

[Kayame]

"I don't really know much about it . Why ? What is it ?"
I hold the gem up and rotate it with my fingers *

 

[Makoto Yuki]

"When my father was still king of the shinigami, he did some very questionable things, very...inhumane things, one of those things was fusing the soul and memory of his subjects into crystals, he only did it to a few shinigami, the only ones i know of are me, Ryun and himself, the crystal you are holding is my father's void gem, shinigami are linked with soul gems, so when they die, they go into the gem, but until then, they live separately and the crystal acts like a shinigami's heart...."

He grabs the crystal from kayame. "i dont know what Demetri told you about these gems but i feel as if i should tell you myself, this will not bring back your memory, what will happen is that you will gain Ryun's memory and emotions, you will be able to see yourself from his perspective, do you understand?"
