Kishimoto seems to be so unfamiliar with the female body, that he draws female characters(Sakura, for instance) with a male body.Not exactly a habit, though

Tito kubo making that many one-shots means he may have gotten bored and lost interest in "Bleach", in it's entirety. It seems like he's "stretching" the story, and putting little effort in each chapter just to get it over with. It's brief fighting pages, then, what i call "banter".

Kishimotos habit might be drawing, and overworking himself.

Half true.

But,he has said it himself, he's not best in drawing female characters. You can tell when he has the female characters in certain positions or drawing them in action.

For instance, sometimes, when he draws them in side view,the necks are thick, and they slightly resemble male characters.He's not "bad", per se, but his limitations(the one's he's made for himself) or noticeable from time-to-time.
