Tsukuyomi is unique only to Itachi like how Enton is unique to Sauce and how Kamui is unique to Obito.
I think you're incorrect, but I doubt you came here for reasonable discussion.

I said Sasuke couldn't use Tsukuyomi as well as Itachi could because he didn't have an affinity for it, and comparing him to Danzo's and Kakashi's progress in their Dojutsu isn't viable because Danzo had his for more or less a decade and it was stressed that it took Kakashi years to master Kamui, while Sasuke had his eyes for a few days.
Madara's lack of the limitation doesn't mean Sasuke lacks the limitation as well.
Madara is a Indra reincarnate just as Sasuke, they're similar in a lot of ways. Aside from that Solo Crow was able to use KA, did it trained for it as well ?
They're related. As soon as the Mangekyou of your brother or sister is implemented, the eye changes to your own Eternal Mangekyou. Sure, the deigns merge, but nothing suggests you receive the powers of your siblings.
But it is shown that you could use the powers of an MS which you implanted. Against Kabuto, Sasuke had Lord Itachi's eye which had Tsukuyomi power, and still couldn't used it.
Yes, but there is a clear difference. For instance:
Madara takes Obito's eyes. The eyes stays the same, therefore they keeps the original abilities of the awakener and Madara can use Kamui.
Sasuke takes Itachi's eyes. The eyes transform into the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, therefore resonating with Sasuke and swapping Itachi's abilities with Sasuke's previous ones.
But he was able to use Amaterasu. Those eye pattern chance only shows that eyes are syncing with the new owner. There is nothing suggests that eyes are simply losing their previous powers.
Amaterasu is his own technique, however, so that makes perfect sense. Itachi's eyes are basically becoming Sasuke's. Since they are compatible, I'm going to assume the special chakra Tobirama mentioned seeks into the new eyes and transforms them as if they were his own original ones. Therefore, he retains his former abilities and loses Itachi's.
I doubt it. It's all subjective though. There's no proof for either side. It wouldn't make sense for Sasuke to be crippled like that. The situations are completely different, being siblings, so I'm going to keep assuming that Kishimoto kept it that way for a reason. You must be registered for see images
Sasuke isn't deleting Lord Itachi's powers, he is absorbing them. But even then the lack of Tsukuyomi,Yata and Totsuka shows us that Sasuke can't bring out full potential of that eyes.
if you want to call it strong. Even with Itachi's chakra, Sasuke was literally said to be as worth noticing as gravel.Itachi's eyes transformed into sasuke's creating EMS, that is why sasuke doesn't have itachi's powers but his own MS powers. The only benefit he got was the strong chakra of itachi's sharingan
an avatar being mentioned as being equipped with the sword and mirror isn't the same as those items being mentioned as a part of said avatar. I think you misread/misinterpreted that.I can't believe all the hate on Sasuke... He can't use Tsukuyomi because he doesn't have it. Itachi eyes did not grant Sasuke with any powers, only chakra.. If what y'all state is true then Sasuke would also have totuska and Yatta.. Databook states that they are equipped with Susanoo.. Meaning they are a part of Itachi's Susanoo, not that he found them like Orochimaru claim.
Sasuke simply doesn't have the genjutsu skills to cast tsukuyomi, like danzo said
