Sasuke have surppass Madara (at his prime)

Sasuke have alway suprise us from the very beginning of the show,creating new naturally or combining jutsu to make it more deadly .For example :
1.Summoning Snake and Hawk.Madara seem featureless in this aspect.Madara could not even summon Kurama out of a weaken state Naruto (Similar to Obito did to Kushina).Madara lack advance summoning capabilities
2.Creating variation of Lightning jutsu,Fire jutsu,enton variation.Madara only shown fire release and small form of wind release jutsu (only with fan) but never shown any variation to any large extent.
3.Manipulating his s/t to replace small objects,to human size,to PS size.Madara never manipulate any of his jutsu to boost his power scale from what i seen
4.Sasuke is very much creative in most of his battle (minus plot protection from certain oponents).For example ,Sasuke think of something that Madara never done ,which is extracting the biju chakra to upgrade his susano to God level,rather than using Gedo mazo to do the job.
5.Madara weaponary seem to be limited to a gunbai (which can counter explosive jutsu) and scalpel like blade.Sasuke have shown to use special design string which can be use to :channeling fire jutsu,attach to other weapon like kunai,hat can use for tree swing.Sasuke have a sword that can channel lightning release,it is also specially design to cut any object with ease.Sasuke also have fuma shiriken that can be use to slice oponent into halve easily
6 Sasuke perfect susano was able to fly,great mobility,it was also able to cut meteorite into pieces like potato ,compare to Madara .Madara susano is only ground base and lack the speed needed to slice Hashirama budha statues ,if Sasuke PS was to fight against the Hashirama statue,it would have be destroy in seconds because it more accurate and fast.
7.Sasuke also manipulated his Rinnegan path to an extent of using the oponent as CT core instead of using a black orb like Madara.Madara could not even use rinnegan genjutsu on the tailbeast ,he needed the gedo mazo to do his job.Sasuke on the other hand only had one eye rinnegan and was able to supress them with one glance.

Summary
Madara alway keep his skills basic or old school while Sasuke alway improve and outshine his powers



Furthermore,if Sasuke (at chapter 688/689) and Madara had to fight(minus plot protection),Sasuke will create a new jutsu on the spot to finish Madara like he did against Itachi,naruto (part 1),danzo,etc.

His Gudodama's were stolen from Minato early on the fight.

I wouldn't say that Madara is basic. He has just never been shown trying. The only time he did, against Hashirama, he created something very unique and powerful(combining Susano'o and the nine-tails). He's also been shown combining the powers of both his Sharingan and Rinnegan and pulling a meteorite from the sky. I'd be open to actually discussing a battle between the two at their full power.

That was hagoromoo without the juubi inside of him.

the juubi has unlimited amount of rikudou senjustu.

And since you believe that Sasuke can break hagornoo's level of gudodamas, I'm not suprised on why you think Sasuke would win
