Mashiro's appearance is that of a young woman with hazel eyes. She wears a white bodysuit with orange gloves, boots and scarf, along with a set of goggles atop her lime green hair. Her overall style of dress is reminiscent of the costumes worn by the Tokusatsu superheroes in late 1970s Japanese television shows.
During her time as a village shinobi, she wore the standard Shinigami robes, though her sleeves were very long. She also wore a pink scarf and a pair of glasses perched atop of her hair, which was wavier then.
Personality
Despite having formerly attained a position as one of the elites as a rogue, Mashiro has very childish and immature mannerisms. She is portrayed as rather flighty and rarely takes note of the bigger picture around her. She is prone to throwing fits over the smallest of things, such as Orihime Inoue befriending Hachigen Ushōda or when Kensei insisted on following his subordinates into battle. Her childish personality frequently irritates her Captain Kensei, causing him to question why he kept her as a lieutenant at the time; he has noted she is capable of annoying him even while asleep.
She often calls Ichigo "Berry-tan" (Berry Boy in the English manga, Carrot-Top in the English dub anime), a play on Ichigo's name. She seems to be good friends with Hachi, instantly disliking it when Orihime befriends him.
In battle, she is somewhat more serious though, acting slightly like a superhero while attacking and after winning.

Her usage of the Lightning Style is so terrifying and coupled with her ability to perform its techniques with only one handseal, she is the epitome of a true master. Her rampages have earned her the moniker, "The Lightning Tiger".

Background Information
History
Eat, sleep, Conquer, repeat. This terminology has become a way of life for Mashiro who since birth struggled with her inner demons. Her parents died at her hands at the age of 4 from using metal utensil's while feeding her. Little did they no she could manipulate magnetism and since that horrific day she hides her face behind a mask to all but her friends. She was Raised by a doge named Typhon who taught her a certain set of skills for combat usage.
When she later began her endeavours she left her village to seek out a master of magnetism to hone her natural gift. This journey has been years of due diligence tracking down someone with the same aura as herself.
Having a very bubbly output of emotions Mashiro's temperament switchs at the flip of a kumi. She will most of the time be having all sorts of fun role playing in different outfits and mimicking other people's voices.

This hand held shield is made of chakra metal which makes it so the shield can resonate with the user's chakra, be it elemental or regular chakra. The shield is shown as whatever colour the user deems fitting for his style. It has taken years of training to perfect utilizing a shield in battle and taijutsu combat with the shield, but well worth the effort put into it. This shield is round in shape and covers close to half the user when blocking attacks, it also has a strap on the backside for carrying purposes. The strap has built in holder's for kunai (similar to a gun strap holding bullets) making for easy access to kunai but it only hold's three kunai in place securely. The main ability behind this shield is that once per Three turns the user is able to infuse the top of the shield with Wind based chakra and by rotating the wind on the face of he shield it boosts the throwing speed and power Rotation of the shield upon contact with a target. The user even has the ability to make the edge of the shield like a saw blade with wind chakra adding a slicing and cutting ability to the wind natured shield. The shield is returned to the user by either rigging it with wire or by ricocheting off of things. The user of the shield must catch the shield by its strap which slightly hangs down while being thrown, many shinobi have said that this was the true form of Rasenshuriken. While in wind state shield mode the iser can use it in close combat as well smash the enemy in the face or chest with extra force due to the wind chakra on the face of the shield.
It also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +5 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's
Restrictions:
+shield throw is A rank in power when fused with wind chakra.
+once per three turns the elemental shield throw and only three times per battle.
+can only hold regular kunai. no explosive tags can be equipped.
+user must state at the start of battle that the shield is on their back.

The user while holding there shield outwards in front of themselves, arm extended channels wind to the front of the shield creating a sucking vortex which pulls objects and enemies towards them. The auction tunnel will only attract objects not attached to the ground and only up to the weight of an enemy. Once in range the user can then reverse the rotation of the vortex and extend the wind outwards from the shield, creating a spiralling lance which pierces the enemy after being pulled close enough. The wind lance will extend up to 10 feet.
Restrictions:
+ must have a shield to use.
+ can only be used 3 times per battle
+ usable once per turn.

Juha is one of the most reliable Meerkats there is as he is muscular and fit standing 4 feet tall. Once summoned to the field juha is able to transform (similar to monkey king enma) into a round shield which is able to protrude dense spiky hair on the face of the shield which can extend and retract. Juha while in shield form is able to release a fire vortex tunnel from the face of the shield.. It is covered in fur which has the ability to harden like jiraiya's spiky hair techniques. The shield is able to use the fire tunnel twice per being summoned, and the attack is B rank in nature. Juha's shield mode can deflect fire up to B rank and block Kunai and other misc ninja tools. In this form juha is 4 feet in diamter and the user can tell juha to use spike mode or the fire tunnel it does not require the user to actually release these techniques but the summons knowledge as to when from the user.
Restrictions:
+ cannot use spikes in the same turn as fire.
+ can only use fire vortex twice not in the same turn either.
+ can be summoned once per battle.

Description:
After signing the meerkat contract the user has regained the power to summon Tifa by either swiping blood on there tattoo or regular handsigns method. She is a regular sized meerkat sand colored and 3 feet tall. She is able to cast a genjutsu by forming two handsigns which is called Hakuna Matata. This particular jutsu makes it so the enemy has no worries and keeps pressing forward in battle without realizing anything has change but more desire to kill and bloodshed. With this the enemy loses there sense of reason and simply keep attacking as they feel invincible hence the quality of no worries. The landscape makes it so they envision a bug infested forest thick of swamp and vines. The enemy while moving through the jungle will be cutting through vines and branches with either a sword or Kunai, they will have a large amount of bugs flying into there mouths and around there faces as well. the genjutsu can only reach to mid range and is A rank in class.
Restrictions:
+ can only use Genjutsu once
+ remains on the field for one turn
+can only be summoned once per battle.
