Thoughts on Part 3 story.

We've been notified about the upcoming Gaiden series which starts in less than a month now. Naruto, Bolt and Sarada seem to be the definite characters whom the story will be focused on.

I'd personally like to see the development of the relationship between Bolt and Sarada. I see them as next or the upcoming transmigrants, specially if we consider that little Sarada's comment about Bolt. It would definitely be interesting. If at all possible, I'd like to see Sasuke getting involved somehow, preferably with Bolt. I'd like to see how that would pan out. Can't help but recall Picollo/Gohan combo from DBZ, they would definitely be similar. I don't expect much of Naruto, as far as tutoring and coaching is concerned. Though I would like the depiction of his feelings when taking care of his village.

I know this is a long shot, but I also hope we'll get at least a hint about Orochimaru. This also popped in my mind - wouldn't it be cool if Sarada somehow got involved with Orochimaru? CS and training Sasuke comes in mind immediately.

I'm interested in your take and wishes, shoot.

No, I agree with you. I wanted maybe Boruto to go down a dark path. An evil MC or something near that, just once because I know Kishimoto can do those characters well.

I love the idea of Boruto and Sasuke working together for this reason:

Of course Sasuke has his own daughter, but I feel like Yin (Sasuke) + Yang (Boruto) would make a good pair. Considering that opposites always attract to a good story (Naruto/Sasuke, Vegeta/Goku, Aang/Zuko, Superman/Batman) but this was before I knew the focus would be on adult Naruto too. Still too early to say just yet though

Completely agreed. And that fanfic is exactly what I want out of their relationship, if it were to happen. Of course, if it happens, Naruto wouldn't be left out here. Bolt would, through Sasuke's subtlety, find out what kind of man his father is and was. At least, that's how I see it in my mind.

The only part that makes this complicated is Sarada's part in the story. She would have to fit in the equation.

The idea of Boruto and Sasuke being a Picollo and GOhan would probably be the best thing for Kishimoto. Seeing how Sasuke would tell him stories about Naruto, redemption journey, how Naruto saved him, and Kaguya too. We can only HOPE that the new series will be interesting.

You know, if Naruto somehow manages to get even the tiniest bit of his time, I think he would be an awesome teacher for Sarada. It's a vice-versa scenario, essentially. Besides, a strong Uchiha would need a high-caliber teacher and Sasuke would most likely never reveal his true emotions to Sarada. That's something Naruto could convey to her perfectly. All in all, both Bolt and Sarada would benefit from their fathers apart this way.
