Note: This is obviously one-on-one fights. Im not that kind of fanboy.

Mu is one dimensional. He relies on Jinton only. The rest of his jutsus help him to hide because he is a glass cannon. (stealth, flying, sensing)

KCM Naruto wrecked him easy with 1 rasengan and 1 sand stone to push off. LOL!

The only ones who have the capability to defeat him under these conditions are Hashirama, Naruto, Tobirama, and Minato.

However, I think that Itachi can definitely beat Minato (SM makes things a lot trickier though, but that's a whole other debate), and I think that Tobirama is debatable. Not gonna bother arguing all that here, just giving my opinion.
