In an alternate reality where 12 year old Naruto masters his fox power, I think Jiraiya would have seen that as talent and maturity and he probably would have taken Naruto to the toads to learn sage mode too. So, Naruto would have tailed beast sage mode at 12 years old and would be one of the strongest characters in NV. He also would have definitely beat Sasuke at VOTE 1, and brought him back. Hell, Naruto would be so fast that he could have caught up to the sound 4 member that was carrying the coffin Sasuke was in way before Sasuke would be even close to the VOTE statues.
