Who wins and with what difficulty?

Ill start by saying that I think Zephyr would win with High Difficulty.

We already saw that he was fast enough to react to and block Kizaru's Light Attacks.

His attacks don't move at the speed of light. It was already proven at MF.

I strongly feel like luffy only stalemated him due to plot.. Lets not forget that Zephyr's are is made of sea stone which severely weakens DF users.

And it doesn't make since that Zephyr could evenly fight with Kizaru, yet stalemated with Luffy... Serious Plot shields involved.

Zephyr couldn't keep up with kizaru's light speed.

He was moving one point to another at light speed, but kizaru moving his limbs to attack is not light speed.

That's what zephyr took advantage of...

That and predicting kizaru's attack patterns before he makes a move.

All the things u said are non-canon, the movie was overall non-canon but If I had to say who wins between MF Akainu and the zephyr we saw at film Z then Akainu wins no diff.
