Bolts grandfather (Minato) and his father (Naruto) had enormous levels of base chakra. So much that they could learn senjutsu. His Grandmother (Kushina) was an Uzumaki with an unbelievable chakra, life force, and body.

Narutos seal for Kurama was made so that Kuramas chakra naturally mix in with his owns, which explains why Bolt has the the whisker marks on his face so he also has inherited Kuramas chakra since he inherited his fathers chakra.

Bolts mother (Hinata) had Hamura chakra so he also inherited those genes as well. In addition to that, his father has Hagoromo Yang chakra and you know what Hagoromo + Hamura powers equals.....Kaguya!

If Naruto has a portion of all the other tailed beast chakra and they mixed with his own (this would have to happen for him to connect and all of them to meet in his psyche) then Bolt also has a portion of all the other tailed beast chakra too!

In addition to all of that, Bolt can achieve the Byakugan to further increase his powers. There's just no way someone like Sarada can stand a chance agaisnt him and he'll certainly surpass his Father and Saradas father (Sasuke) easily.
