You mean whatever Kakashi did was based on Sakura's complete analysis of Intangibility? At least give the credit where it is due. His figuring out the connection, only god knows how many hundred chapters later, even after seeing the technique many times shows how poor his skill was. The S/T Ninjutsu deduction was already made in that Sakura incident.

Whatever he stated in regards to re-lapping, was a reiteration of what Sakura already explained. Not sure what earth-shattering conclusion he came to.

Madara fought in his prime and still was smacked around by Naruto and Sasuke. Kaguya was fighting far below her full power without intent to kill for half the fight, and still overwhelmed Naruto and Sasuke several times. It was only thanks to Kakashi, Obito and Sakura that they pulled off the win.
Kaguya is the most powerful character by far. That's a fact.
