Really? She never really felt like a Kage to me. More like a giant babysitter. I remember this one scene where Kakashi, Tsunade, and a few others were discussing what to do about Sasuke. She was just sitting around there looking pretty.

The impact she made was ridiculously large and she wasn't even using Byakugo, which increases your power as the DB says.

Would he not be able to mass produce clones and distract her? I doubt Sakura has an extensive fighting style that actually needs to be calculated. She merely strikes first without any form of a real plan, or she will just strike the ground. I can see Naruto sending a few clones to watch her movements, then implanting a RS on either himself or the clone. Though I agree with the range of her enhanced strength being large, if not this Naruto, I would assume SM Naruto would be enough, no?

Well it was only the most peaceful because the other Kage's were still having their reign during times of War. I believed it might have stopped during the 4th's, but that may be wrong too considering that Obito "died" during the war era. So I would assume years after that, or back when the Third became Hokage. Well, yeah. Aside from Hashirama and Minato (Minato would lose high diff though. Only under circumstances like Naruto when ST would be restricted with intel on his side would Minato have a fair trial)
