and that would be so handy, just imagine what u could do by just do a few handsigns = sasuke is on a rampage after being pissed off by an anbu from the leaves because they were watching his actions and he kills the patrolling sqaud after that he comes for konoha and is only a few miles away from his goal anbus spot him and summon naruto/other strong char

and the village is saved thus u never have to worry about getting killed by some filthy terrorist

also for travelling issues you could just send an anbu to the destination of a meeting and just summon youre representive

Pokeball only designed for pokemon because of the special enviroment inside the ball only suitable for pokemon.

The source of black rods was inside the moon.

For that reason, no animals with black rods existed.

Animals of such look didn't existed until pain's time.

Unless you're telling Hagoromoo used his rinnegan to create those black rods and keep those creatures as his summoning?

Since the rinnegan produces the black rods and not GM itself...

Don't forget Hagoromoo had six bodies too.

Since he created the six paths of pain and not pain himself.

And considering that the animal summonings with rods rolled in the same time as the six dead bodies...

Madara and some cave is the answer.
