Why do we assume she's stuck in the house ? Have you heard of shinobi academy ? Sarada isn't a baby she can hang with her friends after school so Sakura has more time than we assume.
And maybe she has a job as head of medical department and was on her day off with Sarada. She's too gifted to do nothing with her life.

This old broken record argument is kind of amusing to me but makes me facepalm quite often ... being a housewife isnt something insulting, it wld just prove Sakura's dedication, as wld the otherwise. The fangirls basically opens up their behinds and provides their nemesis with ammunition to get under their skin.

Being a housewife is not really insulting. Its just denying it then calling her some medicial doctor with no proof is.

The big question here is: How does one panel of her cleaning her house imply that she became a housewife? I don't remember any rules stating that ninjas can't clean their houses.
