6. Danzo (koto restricted)
7. 3 tomoe Itachi
8. Tobirama (ftg restricted)
9. Minato (ftg restricted)

So wait, why even add on most of the list if they aren't given seals to bind Hiruzen? Even if Hiruzen is thrown around casually any match up, if they can't seal him he'll eventually win. It makes no sense.

Most of them do have methods to incapacitate him, off the top of my head. Question is can they or does Hiruzen kill them first.

SM Enhanced durability can tank most elemental attacks IMO, (although forget if he had that during Pain Arc)

Weird, why make him Edo Hiruzen and list so many people without sealing techniques and restrict jutsus that can overcome Edo Tensei as well.

Literally the only people who have a chance are Danzo (via Reverse Four Symbols Sealing) and Minato (Reaper Death Seal).
