Most females are, so most of the time, assumptions based off of what little we've seen need to be made.

With that in mind, her lava style and boil style would realistically be very broken, given that boil release can be used in a similar fashion to Luffy's Gear 2nd, increasing her speed and power, as well as filling the air with acidic mist, and lava style can be used to create magma, which can be sued to burn opponents, quicklime, which can be used to trap and slow down opponents, and rubber, which can be used to defend and negate lightning.

but luffy second gear speeds up the blood pressure to boost his speed and strength. Besides luffy takes advantage of his robber proprieties by allowing his blood vessels to take more blood than normal human can.
