Alexander would begin releasing water chakra from the Lamentation of the Intrepid to begin a sort of cloudless rain phenomenon. The clear sky above would remain clear as moderate rainfall would begin to fall to the earth and begin to coat both combatants in water from the storm.
This natural hunger for the user’s chakra fuels the Lamentation’s first basic ability. The Lamentation can create rain from the sky above using the user’s chakra, which is constantly fed to the Lamentation to maintain this rain. However, this rain is unique in the aspect that it is in fact a cloudless rain. This is done by using the chakra drawn from the user which is released by the Lamentation to manipulate moisture in the air to cause this cloudless rain phenomenon. The rain that falls however does not possess the same sensory qualities as Rain Tiger at Will and simply falls as normal rain water.
Naturally he would next draw the Lamentation from its pouch, still in its coin form. Gripping it tightly in his hand for a brief moment Alexander would release further chakra from it causing the rain now falling to form an exoskeleton of rain water around the coin forming a large bow. The bow, composed of pure rain water, was held firmly in Alexander's grip as it compressed making it an effectively solid bow. From the bow Alexander would draw back on the bowstring and as he did so rain water would condense on a single point within the bow forming a large spear of sorts from which, upon releasing the bowstring, would be launched toward Kurapika's upper chest.
