that she simply runs by Tsunade and does a standard jump for her Dragon Flood. I know the manga takes precedence, but I'm not convinced that this is meant to be a speed feat, more so than Mei countering and circumventing Madara's Katon.
The Zetsu panel simply lacks distance to be an impressive speed feat. You can see that he was pushed back a lot, so it's even more reduced by that fact. I agree that she's faster than an average Shinobi, especially when it comes to attack speed, but it's not all that great.
I do, however, give her full credit for those massive elemental jutsus, which makes Rasta's claim that Hinata and Ten-Ten beat her more ridiculous. I also concede that she is faster than Sakura and Tsunade.

Like I said: you don't even see her on the panel till Madara has not already used his Katon attack. She ran till there and used one technique - immediately followed by the next - before the flames touched Tsunade. That's quite impressive.
That Zetsu one is even more impressive as Zetsu is a sensor. We know this when he (it?) sensed Amaterasu built-up way back. It couldn't even sense when Mei ran and kicked him back. He was not running at slow speed either.
Sakura covered a distance on foot speed and placed her entire body in front of Chiyo in a quick significant amount of time.

She takes one hit at a juubi clone and sends him far out passed Naruto and Sasuke. Now she takes 1 leap into the air.

Lets look at the distance Sakura makes with 1 leap. The punch made the clone go flying with enough speed to zoom passed Naruto and Sasuke. With 1 leap Sakura makes up almost the same distance with her speed.
In the aftermath of the punch we see Sakura in front of Naruto and Sasuke looking almost like a dot indicating how far of a distance she made. They are seen covering themselves from feeling a bit of the shockwave of the punch but of course with the distance she made they weren't in range of the attack.

We have seen this quite a lot and it has already been discussed how much destruction came from the punch and how many enemies were taken out. But lets do a review, we see all the giant pieces of earth in the air and the height at which the enemies go up.
Now lets say enemies do survive the initial blast, that blast will have to in someway injure the opponent or at least put them off their balance in a groggy state to fall down to the ground from a dangerously high height. If the opponent survives that then they deal with the giant pieces of earth flying down to crush them.
Its not just a punch to the ground, the opponents have to deal with the shockwave and aftermath which can be just as brutal as the punch itself.
If i'm not mistaken, that jutsu's speed was stressed in the databook. That alone should debunk any doubts or misconceptions.
Also, Karin didn't evade anything, she wasn't even the target. Sasuke was and he didn't evade anything either.
