I personally think he surpassed Indra at Rinnegan + 9 Bijju stage. At this point Kurama says that Sasuke has near Hago power (> Indra in my opinion ). At Rinnegan = Indra. That is quite a feat by Indra who at best had MS.

That is why I gave Sasuke + 9 Bijju an advantage.

However it certainly looks more menacing than anything Sasuke Rinnegan can match. However as I said it is all on the basis of a few scans

Any scans you got for comparing size? As far as I know that Sasuke 's PS is also not as big as Madara. Also are Indra's PS powers known ? If it could fly or not ?

Yes so proportionately as Indra is in the Susanoo's head and comparing Susanoo head sizes of Sasuke and Indra, Indra's PS should be small by noaccount to Sasuke's PS

My point is if Rinnegan Sasuke PS = MS Indra PS then Rinnegan Sasuke would not stomp Indra.

And MS of Indra > MS Sasuke. His Susanoo is perfect. So it cannot be said that since he only has MS, thus Sasuke > Indra
