You keep going on about Naruto's chakra cloak, but Sasuke didn't have one when he used PS. Lol.

Obviously. Madara had it. He surpassed Madara. Logic implies that he would have gained PS. Plot didn't even allow him to develop a Susanoo with legs and we all know Susanoo with legs doesn't require a Rinnegan.

EMS Sasuke's PS had been debunked when Kakashi stated his PS usage only occurred after receiving an enormous power boost from Hagoromo's Chakra. EMS Sasuke got an enormous power boost from Kurama's Chakra through Naruto, and we saw it manifesting in V3 Legged Susanoo and PS.

So to answer your question: EMS Sasuke has PS through Naruto's/Kurama's Chakra boost.

Anyway the thing is ridiculous, because Sasuke without chakra Rikudou he could not summon it...

it takes an immense amount of chakra for summon and maintain the perfect Susanoo, thing that Sasuke never had without power ups.

But seeing the love nonsense of Kishi for him, Sasuke can always everything.

I hope that was helped by the chakra of Naruto+ Kyuubi, to make it more credible (PS used it as armor kyuubi, then it may be that he was using his chakra)....
